Process + Timing

OK i'm interested...now what?

Fabulous! There are a few things we should chat about first. The basic process for stationery is outlined below but if you have any questions in the meantime, you can contact me via email at [email protected]. There are some efficiencies we will create for day-of or envelope-only projects.

ONE. Fill out the shop contact form here to provide some basic info about your request.
TWO. You’ll receive an email from me including a quick guide and a link to schedule a call.
THREE. We’ll chat via phone about your needs in a bit more detail (theme, wedding details, quantities, timing, etc.)
FOUR. Based on our discussion, you’ll receive a design proposal including cost and timing estimates.
FIVE. If you’d like to move forward, you’ll sign the proposal and put down a 50% non-refundable deposit.
SIX. Design time! I’ll keep you posted along the way and we’ll work together to create your perfect suite.
SEVEN. This is when the final payment is due as the design is finalized, printed and shipped off to its new home – you!

FAQs

I have an event coming up soon, how quickly will my order be ready?
Excellent question! The short answer is, it all depends. Are you looking for some signage and place cards? Do you need 500 brush-lettered envelopes? Are you interested in a custom wedding invitation suite? Once I know what you’re looking for, I can better estimate a timeline. Generally speaking from start to finish, invitation suites take the longest at about 8-10 weeks, while envelopes and day-of materials take 3-5 weeks.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Unless otherwise requested, all packages are shipped First Class or Priority Mail with USPS and include a tracking number. While some packages fit within the standard dimensions, others are a bit trickier/bulkier. Standard shipping rates will apply depending on the package dimensions and, when applicable, weight.

What payment methods do you accept and what is your return policy?
Upon agreeing to work together, you will be invoiced for a 50% non-refundable deposit based on the original estimate provided. I accept payment via PayPal, Venmo, or check. Note that the final estimate could change, subject to any additional requests or revisions.
Unfortunately, since all of the pieces are custom-made, I do not offer returns. If you would like to cancel your order before the design is finalized, you will not be charged the remainder of the estimate balance.
